At Monroe’s we believe that every child has a right to be free from risk or harm. We provide an environment that promotes this through our responsibilities as a childcare establishment. At Monroe’s we have a dedicated Safeguarding Officer (Management level) and all staff members are aware of the Policy to undertake regarding any concerns or advice.

 

We ensure that we are up to date with current safeguarding laws and legislations governed by the Ministry of Social Affairs within the UAE and Ofsted requirements through the UK.

All staff are trained regularly within the area of Safeguarding and Child welfare and work under the Every child matters Five Outcomes framework.
